Friends of Shepherd’s Corner directly support our mission to recreate the lands' wholeness by rediscovering the life-giving harmony between the people and the land. Here, people of all backgrounds can connect with the natural environment, reflect on the web of life, and, as members, support eco-justice efforts that will bring hope to future generations.

Your support as a Friend of Shepherd’s Corner will help provide
  • Over 4,500 pounds of our annual harvest donated to the Faith Mission, St. Lawrence Haven, and Griffin Center
  • Support for Earth Adventure, an annual summer youth camp that hosts 40 children, some of whom are from economically disadvantaged families and are provided with scholarships
  • Ongoing maintenance of 160 acres of environmentally sustainable and diverse habitats, gardens, greenhouses, bee habitats, meditation trail and labyrinth
  • Care and keeping of animals under a no-kill policy, including chickens, sheep, turkeys and llamas
  • Materials and staffing for programs such as lectures, discussion groups, spiritual retreats, craft and cooking workshops, nature and meditative walks, and educational workshops for children and adults
  • Opportunity for families, individuals, school children, and church groups to donate more than 600 service hours a year

  • 10% discount on market produce, eggs, maple syrup and honey (when seasonably available). 
  • Opportunity to pre-order heritage-variety, organic and other bedding and vegetable plants from our greenhouses, in advance of our annual spring plant sale
  • Free access to the Meditation Trail.
  • Invitations to seasonal open-houses and members-only events.
Connect, Reflect, Support

Give the Gift of Friendship
On the Membership Form, you can designate a loved one as the recipient of a gift membership and we will give them the full benefits of membership.

Matching Gifts Programs
Increase the impact of your gift by getting your company to match your donation. Ask your human resources department about how to take advantage of your company's matching gift program.
